Refund Policy

Product Information at Wrapime:

We strive to provide comprehensive product details to prevent any unexpected surprises upon receipt of your order. We endeavor to ensure our customers are well-informed about what they’re purchasing.

Cancellation Policy:

We pride ourselves in promptly processing all orders, often within 12 hours. If you need to cancel an order, promptly send an email to wrapime@gmail.com. Due to our speedy processing, we request that you reach out within this 12-hour timeframe to increase the likelihood of a successful cancellation. Please note, once an order is processed, cancellations are no longer feasible.

Address Accuracy:

You’re responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately. Corrections can only be made prior to order processing. We cannot be held accountable for erroneous shipping details or failed deliveries (such as incomplete or inaccessible addresses). Orders may occasionally be returned to us in these cases.

If an order is returned to the sender, we can either offer a refund (minus shipping costs) or reship the order per your preference. Eligibility for a refund or reshipment is contingent upon the sender’s receipt of the returned package.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for any reason, be it dissatisfaction or a simple change of heart. Our returns window is 14 days from the date you receive your items. If you’re not satisfied, fill out the provided return form, sign it, and send it along with your return to the specified address provided by our support team.

Options for Refunds/Replacements:

Within the 14-day return period, we provide three options:

  1. Swap your item for a different model/style of the same product. For different products, we advise returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
  2. Refund specifics and vouchers: The default refund method is a voucher. If you prefer a cash refund, inform us. Only the final discounted price will be refunded. Discount codes or vouchers are non-reusable and non-refundable.
  3. Replacement for incorrect or defective items: If you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize. Please email us at wrapime@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos. We can offer a replacement of the same item or another of equal value.

Partial refunds may apply in certain circumstances due to inspection, storage, and processing costs. A 15% restocking fee may be levied on returned and refunded orders. This fee is waived for exchanges and returns of defective items. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds typically take up to two weeks for processing. All refunds undergo verification before being submitted to our accounting department.

Returning an Item:

Every return must be accompanied by a filled return form. Send your item along with this form to the provided return address. If you have any queries, email us at wrapime@gmail.com.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If your refund hasn’t arrived, check your bank account, contact your bank, and note that processing typically takes 3-5 business days. If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at wrapime@gmail.com.

Delivery:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds exclude restocking fees. For exchanges, the delivery timeline may vary based on your location, typically between 2-7 weeks.

For returns of items valued over €50, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number
